Based in Bangalore and with production facilities at Hosur in Tamilnadu, TAAL undertakes aircraft production, servicing and maintenance, and runs a Flying Training Academy. It was licensed by the former Partenavia of Italy (now VulcanAir) to assemble versions of the P 68/Observer/Viator series, and also manufacturers the Hansa 3 lightplane developed by National Aerospace Laboratories (q.v.).
