Barry, 28.01.2014 11:26 At the time of writing KAI have just won an ordere to supply the nascent Iraqui Air Force with 24 of the KAI50IQ model. This follows on from an earlier order in 2013 from Indonesia. KAI beat off competition from BAe with the Hawk 128, Aerovochody with the 159, and the Alenia Yak 130. This aircraft will embody full attack capability, but it's prime function will be as a lead in trainer for the soon to be delivered Lockheed Martin F16IQ reply |
