Built aircraft under subcontract during the First World War. In 1923 secured services of Louis de Monge as a designer, producing in 1924 a single-seat monoplane fighter with 300 hp Hispano-Suiza engine. It was notable for being of all-metal construction, except for fabric covering of wing and tail surfaces.
