jim, e-mail, 08.04.2020 22:47 the airframe was at the okc museum but was given to the chickasaw nation. the last time i saw it it was sitting beside the chickasaw hanger at the ada okla airport reply | dmaco09, e-mail, 03.01.2014 03:23 I believe the Gulfstream airplane was itself derived from the very-cool turbofan /turboprop American Jet 'Hustler 500'. Shame it was never certified. reply | DoubleR, 15.03.2013 20:40 Aircraft is on display at the Science Museum Oklahoma (Oklahoma City). The aircraft in the background is the Gulfstream Peregrine prototype. It crashed in the 1980s in Oklahoma City. Pilot ejected safely. reply | deaftom, e-mail, 06.04.2011 05:33 NOT a Rockwell product; the Fanjet 1500 was actually built by Gulfstream Aerospace. It was later renamed the Peregrine, but the project was killed in 1985 for lack of market interest. reply |
