The Comte Wild X was designed by Robert Wild for Max Comte and eight of these machines were purchased by the Colombian government for their airforce.

Colombian Air Force, 1925 to 1933 approx. Brought in by the Swiss Mission which had initially started with Wild DT (Swiss built copies of Albatross B-II). Made first raids around the country, climbing over the Andes mountains without accidents.
