Zach, you should not look into the mirror while typing. Seriously, though, the design is brilliant. The rudder placement gives the observer an uninterrupted field of fire, the best I have ever seen on an aeroplane with conventional tail.

Best WWI german plane in my opinion. Not only is the design sweet, out of the few battles these planes saw, they all survived. Too bad they entered the war so late. Am currently attemting to build a working RC model of one.
