Tha photo at the top does not belong to a Gotha G.V... may be a Friederichaffen or AEG bomber, but surely not a Gotha G.V

The aircraft shown is not a Gotha - it is a Friedrichshafen G-type. Change the photo!

The photo and the drawing depict aircraft with different tails. Is one a G.IV and the other a G.V?

Hi Nickki Dodge,

There were no propellers. It was rocket powered!

Just kidding. There are two engines, one on either side of the fuselage between the wings. Both are facing rearward, this arrangement is called a "Pusher" versus a Tractor" where the propellers are facing forward.
